Why I Built IronCoach
I tore a ligament. Not from one bad rep — from years of chasing numbers without ever prioritising mobility or recovery. Shoulders, wrists, lower back — I'd worked through all of it, assuming soreness was just part of the process. It wasn't. It was my body telling me my movement quality wasn't keeping up with the load.
I got lucky. It healed. But it didn't have to happen at all — and for a lot of lifters, it doesn't end that way. I built IronCoach because I wanted a system that catches these things before they become injuries. Something that watches every rep, knows your patterns over time, and tells you what to fix.
It's not a replacement for a great coach. It's what you use when you don't have one standing next to you — which is most of us, most of the time.
